Job Description:
- Manage processes for account setup, account/user maintenance, and account/user closure/deletion within the Matrix Unit
- Handle instructions and inquiries from stakeholders while ensuring SLAs are consistently met to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Ensure client documentation complies with internal KYC policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Relationship Teams to meet business requirements effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate account opening, maintenance, and internet banking
- A quick learner with a strong focus on delivering high-quality output
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under high pressure in a complex operational environment
- Client-focused mindset
- Prior experience in account opening and maintenance is an added advantage
