Knowledge and skills:
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a logistics, ECommerce or technology industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap and prioritized backlog based on market trends, customer needs and business objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
Define and prioritize features and functionality based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
Define and document product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve the platform and enhance the user experience.
