Key Responsibilities:
Food & beverage cost control, menu engineering & yield validation
Monitoring stock, inventory system & wastage control
Cost of sales calculation & monthly COGS preparation
Coordination with procurement, finance & IT teams
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant/Cost Accountant with 5+ years’ experience
Minimum 2 years in F&B cost control (GCC experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
English fluency (Hindi an added advantage)
Preferably male candidates; applicants outside KSA are welcome
Package:
Salary: SAR 7,000 – 8,000/month (non-negotiable)
Medical Insurance + ✈️ Annual Airfare (self)
6 working days/week (Sat – Thu)
