Preferred Skills & Background
- Strong experience as Project Manager in Risk & Compliance projects within banking/financial services.
- Hands-on experience with compliance solutions such as:
- Fircosoft Continuity
- Fircosoft Trust
- SAS AML
- FATCA / CRS solutions
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in the banking sector.
- Techno-functional with problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP).
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies (PMI certification a plus).
- Experience leading teams of 5–10 people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects (3+ simultaneously) across different functions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Track, monitor, and report project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
