We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Consultant (10–15 years of experience) with strong expertise in Banking IT compliance domain, particularly in designing Payment and Compliance Screening solutions using Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Screen & Keep (FSK).

Availability to join: Immediate - 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and document payment and customer screening solutions using Firco tools.

- Develop solution and architecture documents between source systems and Firco screening.

- Integrate Firco Continuity with multiple payment gateways across countries.

- Work with global payment message formats: SWIFT, UAEFTS, UK, France, India, GCC local gateways, etc.

- Conduct walkthroughs of design documents with stakeholders for review and sign-off.

- Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards and patterns.

- Follow SDLC procedures for requirements and solution design.

- Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

10–15 years of Banking IT professional experience

Deep expertise in Firco solutions (Continuity, Trust, FSK)

Strong knowledge of compliance domain (AML / Sanctions screening)

Hands-on experience with MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence

Knowledge of project management, risk mitigation, and change management

Familiarity with AWS / Azure Cloud (advantage)

Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) delivery models

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
