Experience: 8+ years (with at least 4 years in Digital Banking / FinTech)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Open to candidates willing to relocate)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient digital banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

- 8+ years of solution architecture experience (4+ years in digital banking/FinTech)

- Strong knowledge of Core Banking, Payments, Customer Onboarding, and digital banking products

- Hands-on expertise with Cloud (AWS, Azure), Microservices, API-first -design, and modern architecture patterns

- Experience with Security, Compliance, and Regulations (PSD2, GDPR, KYC)

- Experience with Agile and DevOps technologies.

Certifications: AWS Architect / Azure Architect, TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent

You’ll Work On:

- Designing robust, scalable, and secure Digital Banking solutions (online - banking, mobile, portals, APIs)

- Aligning solutions with business strategy & regulatory compliance

- Leading architecture across web, mobile, backend, and cloud ecosystems

- Exploring emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain) in banking

- Mentoring junior architects and fostering innovation
