Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and persuasive female Brand Representative – Sales to represent our real estate brand with confidence and professionalism. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the company at property launches, events, site visits, and meetings, while driving sales and ensuring excellent client engagement and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the brand ambassador for the company in all public interactions and client-facing engagements. Conduct property presentations, client walkthroughs, and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Respond to client enquiries, provide detailed project information, and assist in closing sales. Represent the brand at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events. Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: Gender: Female (as per business presentation requirements)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales, luxury product sales, or client servicing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, confident, and outgoing personality.
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and events.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer orientation.
Preferred Skills: Experience in luxury real estate or premium hospitality.
