Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Work with the MEA VP to build a comprehensive plan for the MEA region, with detailed execution plan for the business & go to market.
2. Support Operations: Assist in strategic planning, customer engagement, customer success and project management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
3. Customer Relations: researching & documenting customers based on market segmentation, Major, Select, SMB in both public & private segments. Analyze operational data to drive informed decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to coordinate activities and achieve shared objectives.
5. Follow up & Accountability: Join internal & external meetings, document actions, and ensure timely completion & proper follow up & accountability with all owners and stakeholder.
6. Forecast Accuracy: work with the VP to streamline and accurate forecast visibility & accuracy on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases; identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations and business continuity.
7. Cadence: Generate weekly, monthly, Quarterly, & yearly reports. Review progress, areas of improvements, for individuals, teams and operation.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with ability for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
5. Ability to drive team execution & manage projects, very strong follow up skills that ensure timely corrective actions to ensure successful completion of plans.
6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
