Experience: 3–6 years (with hands-on experience in Orkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Open to candidates willing to relocate)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

We’re looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Workflow Orchestration and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will build and maintain scalable backend services and orchestrate complex workflows using Orkes Conductor.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–6 years of experience in Java Application Development or Support

- Strong programming skills in Java8 or higher

- Experience with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor

- Proficiency in SpringBoot and Microservices

- Solid understanding of RESTAPIs and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions

- Experience with Monitoring and Logging tools

- Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices

- Strong Debugging and Problem Solving skills

- Excellent Communication and Coordination abilities

You’ll Work On:

- Designing and maintaining backend services using Java and SpringBoot

- Creating and optimizing workflows with Orkes Conductor

- Integrating with external services and APIs

- Supporting L2 and L3 operations for microservices and workflows

- Monitoring system health and setting up alerts/dashboards

- Troubleshooting workflow failures and ensuring high system availability

- Collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams for deployment and scaling

- Participating in On Call rotations
