AMC Motors Trading LLC is a leading automotive trading company in the UAE, specializing in providing high-quality commercial vehicles and exceptional after-sales service. We’re looking for a customer-centric Service Advisor to be the face of our after-sales operations.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲

The Service Advisor is the primary contact for customers at the service center - owning the journey from appointment booking and vehicle check-in to repair follow-up, invoicing, and post-service satisfaction. You’ll translate customer concerns into clear job orders, coordinate with technicians and parts, and keep customers informed with accurate ETAs and costs.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Welcome customers, record concerns, perform vehicle walk-around, and open job cards in the DMS.

- Provide repair/service advice, prepare estimates, secure approvals, and explain warranties.

- Coordinate with workshop staff to prioritize jobs, ensure quality, and meet promised timelines.

- Keep customers updated on progress, costs, and any additional findings.

- Ensure parts availability with the Parts team and follow up on special orders.

- Oversee final checks, close job cards, issue invoices, and deliver vehicles with clear handover.

- Manage warranty/goodwill claims and maintain accurate service records.

- Handle customer escalations professionally and work to improve CSI.

- Follow health & safety standards and support service campaigns/recalls.

- Promote value-added services such as maintenance packages and extended warranties.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

- Diploma/Degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred

- 2–5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor (commercial vehicles experience is a plus).

- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems; ability to explain repairs in simple terms.

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills; calm under pressure.

- Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
