Job Summary:
This role requires lead investment analysis, feasibility modelling, and strategic financial reporting for UAE real estate projects.
Provide data-driven insights to support executive and board-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and refining project feasibilities, assumptions and actual cashflows for UAE Active projects liaising independently with Development, Design, Project Management, Project Finance, Financial Planning, Sales, Delivery, Ope rations, and other relevant project stakeholders.
· This position is integral in preparing CEC and Board Approval/Update packages for ongoing phases on key development gateways, launching new phases, and proposing strategic investment recommendations and value creation alternatives related to active projects, all while ensuring strict adherence to BU’s policies and procedures.
· This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of periodic investment overview and performance reports for UAE Active projects.
Requirements:
· CA, CPA, or ACCA (mandatory) OR MBA from a Top 50 global university (GPA ≥ 3.7).
· 5+ years’ experience in UAE real estate investment analysis, with strong knowledge of Escrow law.
· Background in a Big 4 consulting/audit firm or a leading credit rating agency (e.g., S&P, Moody’s).
· Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, IRR, WACC).
· Thorough understanding of IFRS and financial statements.
· Proven track record preparing board-level investment papers.
· Exceptional English writing and presentation skills.
