Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Cards/Payments domain in a banking environment.
Proven experience with card management systems.
Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, ESB (MuleSoft/ WebMethods), and integration patterns.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Competencies:-
Deep technical knowledge of cards ecosystem (issuing, acquiring, settlement).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in complex banking projects.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors in a regulated environment.
Excellent documentation and governance skills for technical audits and regulatory reviews.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
