Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist
Purpose: Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist-Finance and SCM is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, day to day troubleshooting of business processes and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance, whilst working directly with the business units.
Role:
- Provide daily functional support to users and troubleshoot business problems in Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules.
- Maintain a good working relationship with BU Heads and BU Champions.
- Engage in effective, clear and concise interaction with all stakeholders in meetings and emails.
- Ensure current business processes are challenged in an assertive manner.
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willing to work with all stakeholders towards implementing a good solution.
- Collaborate with business units to understand the business processes, requirements, and objectives related to SCM and Finance.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
- Prepare and maintain functional design documents, process workflows, user manuals, and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Team Leads, developers and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Prepare test scripts and test cases. Conduct end user training and provide post go live support to end users.
- Deep knowledge of specific Oracle Fusion Cloud modules in Finance (Accounts Receivable, Payables, Assets, GL and Cash Management) and SCM (Self Service, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management).
