Experience: 12+ years in IT strategy, project management, and business alignment.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Relevant certifications such as CGEIT, PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF.
Primary Function: The IT Strategy and Planning manager will manage the development and implementation of IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of industry good practices. This role also involves managing the IT roadmap and fostering collaboration across business and technology teams.
Job Duties:
Develop and promote ITD strategy and transformation plans and objectives
Develop and maintain the IT strategic plan aligned with the bank's business objectives.
Develop the transformation agenda and lead change management when there are changes in the strategic direction in collaboration with related bank's functions.
Lead digital strategy initiatives and innovation projects.
Oversee the portfolio of IT projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Conduct regular market and technology trend analysis to inform strategy.
Ensure ITD goals are aligned with the bank goals
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, AI integration, and finTech collaboration.
Collaborate with business units to identify technology needs and opportunities.
Monitor and report on the performance of IT strategy initiatives, and Identify strategy materialization risks.
