We are looking for a skilled Contact Center Platform Specialist (DevOps) to manage the production operations and daily administration of our Contact Center platform with focus on Genesys cloud.
Job location - Dubai, Onsite.
JD:
1. Proven experience in Contact Center platforms, preferably Genesys Cloud or similar systems.
2. Strong understanding of system monitoring tools, performance tuning, and troubleshooting methodologies.
3. Knowledge of telecom systems, CRM integrations, and Contact Center workflows.
4. Familiarity with data privacy, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and system integrations.
