What You’ll Do:
Develop and test new food formulations based on consumer insights and business needs
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Design, prototype, and scale up production processes from lab to factory
Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards
Support marketing and sales with product knowledge and technical inputs
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement and cost reduction
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in food product development or R&D
Strong knowledge of food formulation, process optimization, sensory evaluation, and quality assurance
Innovative thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
