Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on healthy cuisine.
Innovate and develop new product lines aligned with market trends.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
Support menu engineering and cost optimization.
Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong background in healthy food concepts and recipe development.
Creativity in designing and testing new products.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Based in Dubai
Minimum 15 years of experience required
