Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales and product management teams by coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales and product management teams in maintaining product information, pricing updates, and sales performance tracking.
• Process and track special pricing approvals in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely sharing of updates, reports, and product-related information.
• Manage the sales funnel by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions to align with business objectives.
• Prepare and share weekly sales and product performance reports with management and relevant teams.
• Ensure accuracy in product and pricing details throughout the sales process.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Product Management, preferably within the IT distribution or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, promotions, and inventory management processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective vendor and channel collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales data reporting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
