Role Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and promoting our ERP and digital solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our ERP and digital solutions.
Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Explain product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Maintain and update the CRM system with call records and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in IT or software sales).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of ERP or software products (training provided).
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
