We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive growth in the ERP and software solutions market.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of ERP/software solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
Identify new business opportunities in the ERP, software, and digital transformation space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
Oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Support strategic partnerships and channel development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in ERP or software solution sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
