Position Overview:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in core accounting, UAE VAT returns, and financial reporting, preferably within the IT distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

·Prepare and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with FTA requirements.

·Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank transactions.

·Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and assist with audits.

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

·Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

·Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and auditors as needed.

Requirements:

·MCom or CA Intermediate qualification.

·6–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

·Hands-on experience with UAE VAT filing and compliance.

·Strong background in core accounting and financial reporting.

·Prior experience in an IT Distributor is highly preferred.

·Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).

·Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
