Assist primary agents in managing their property portfolios for sales and rentals.
Generate and follow up on leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, marketing campaigns, and networking.
Support property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
Prepare property presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic is a plus.
UAE RERA certification preferred but not mandatory.
