JD:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency within the team.

Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.

Liaise between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Ensure the team adheres to agreed processes and delivery timelines.

Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap for products and solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

Define and document architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.

Oversee integration with existing systems and third-party platforms.

Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
