The Samira Maatouk Group is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and unify the marketing strategy for our entire portfolio—including the historic Maatouk 1960 Factory, our expanding MSM/QSU retail outlets, and our high-end Catering services.

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving brand equity, maximizing revenue across multiple channels (FMCG, Retail, B2B), and ensuring consistency from product packaging to digital engagement.


The Role: Marketing Manager (Group-Wide Focus)

You will be the strategic mind behind all consumer and commercial communications, reporting directly to the executive leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with the Group's commercial goals, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion in the UAE and new international territories.

Brand Management: Act as the ultimate brand guardian, ensuring unified messaging, visual identity, and quality standards are maintained across all business units (Factory, Retail, Catering) and all communication channels.

Digital & E-Commerce: Lead the digital transformation, overseeing social media strategy, website content, SEO/SEM performance, and driving sales through our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms.

Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Factory R&D team on new product launches, packaging development, and go-to-market strategies for our packaged goods (FMCG).

Retail & Campaign Execution: Drive traffic and sales for the MSM/QSU outlets through localized promotions, merchandising, and impactful in-store experiences.

Budget Management: Rigorously manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal Return on Investment (ROI) for all campaigns and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:


Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing management, with proven success overseeing diverse portfolios (ideally combining FMCG and Retail F&B).

Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies that drive both volume (retail) and value (catering/wholesale).

Leadership: Experience leading a small team or managing significant agency relationships.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data analytics (Google Analytics, social metrics, sales data) to inform decision-making and optimize spending.
