5–10 years UAE experience in interior fit-out & joinery
Strong in BOQs, cost estimation, tendering & quantity take-offs
Experience in commercial & residential projects
Knowledge of UAE fit-out standards, materials & finishes
Expertise in bespoke joinery (veneers, laminates, solid timber, metal works)
Experience in value engineering, cost optimization & risk pricing
Ability to handle multiple tenders and post-tender negotiations
Strong supplier/subcontractor network across UAE
Proficient in MS Excel & estimation tools
Valid UAE driving license
