The Opportunity:
Join us as Head of Business Development and drive strategic growth in the steel and construction sector! Lead our expansion across local and international markets while championing our 'Net Zero' steel initiatives and sustainability agenda.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities locally & internationally
Generate contracts with construction developers, contractors, EPC firms & government agencies
Monitor all local & regional construction projects - who's doing what, how projects are awarded & specified
Build long-term partnerships promoting 'Net Zero' steel and ESG compliance
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic agreements
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Lead and mentor the business development & sales teams
What You Bring:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
12–15 years in business development/sales in construction/infrastructure/steel industry
Strong construction background with deep understanding of project awarding & specification processes
Global/international experience is highly valued
Proven track record of securing major contracts in construction sector
Strong network with developers, contractors, oil & gas, and infrastructure firms
Knowledge of latest construction techniques, legal requirements & ESG standards
Experience in international trade and government relations (preferred)
Expert in client presentations, PowerPoint & white papers
Premium Package:
AED 45,000 - 60,000/month (Negotiable)
