- Bachelorβs/Masterβs in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1β3 years of relevant experience in HR service delivery/operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
