We are looking for an experienced BPS – HR to support the Business Excellence function by documenting, standardizing, and optimizing HRbusiness processes. This role will work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process excellence, re-engineering, and operational efficiency across the HR value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops and interviews with HR stakeholders to capture As-Is and To-Be processes
Design and document To-Be HR processes and workflows
Develop and standardize HR SOPs within the BPM governance framework
Facilitate reviews, feedback consolidation, and process sign-offs
Identify improvement opportunities and support BPM & BPR initiatives
Analyze HR process KPIs (cycle time, efficiency, cost, quality)
Maintain process documentation and SOPs in the BPM repository
Prepare progress reports and trackers for leadership

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong BPM & BPR capabilities (BPMN preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a BPM Specialist / Business Analyst / Process Consultant
Hands-on experience in HR process mapping and SOP development
Experience with SAP Signavio (preferred)
▪️Experience with SAP Success Factors (preferred)
▪️Experience in GCC Real Estate or large enterprise environments (preferred)
▪️Lean SixSigma Green Belt or higher
▪️Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Qualifications
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
▪️Certifications in BPM, BPMN, Process Mining, or Six Sigma are an advantage
