Experience: 8–10 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)
Industry Background: Manpower / Outsourcing & Construction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
HR certification is a plus
Prior experience in manpower / outsourcing companies (mandatory)
Experience in construction company HR operations (highly preferred)
