Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong administrative expertise and hands-on experience in UAE government portals? We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Coordinator to support our growing organization and ensure smooth HR & administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle MOHRE portals, work permits, visa applications, ICAD, airport passes, and related government processes
Manage employee onboarding formalities, documentation, and personal files
Coordinate medical health appointments and screenings
Screen CVs and support recruitment activities
Maintain and update HRIS systems accurately
Ensure proper employee filing and document control
Manage and renew company licenses and registrations
Work on UAE digital platforms including UAE PASS, TAMM, and ADGM Portal
Prepare HR reports and documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR & Admin Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor processes and government portals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
