Must-Haves:
10+ years in Operations Leadership roles
Currently in UAE with UAE experience
Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
Multi-branch/multi-location operations background
Government services, service centers, retail, logistics or BPO experience
Strong in Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen methodologies
MBA preferred
