This is a remote role, but the responsibility and impact are very real.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience handling end-to-end HR activities – onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement
Experience supporting India-based back-office teams for GCC / Middle East businesses
Sound working knowledge of Indian labour laws and GCC labour regulations (UAE/Middle East exposure preferred)
Ability to partner closely with founders and leadership as a true HR Business Partner, not just an HR administrator
Strong documentation, policy drafting, and people operations capability
Prior experience with Keka HR is a strong advantage (we actively use Keka)
