MB Services FZ LLC is looking for dedicated German Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team in Dubai. We are seeking Dubai-based candidates who are fluent in both English and German. Prior experience in back-office customer service is considered an advantage.

Role Overview:

1. Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Provide accurate, timely assistance and maintain detailed customer records.

3. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is required.

Location: Dubai Outsource City (On-site)

Salary: AED 7,000/month (including Bonus)
