Job Purpose:
The role holder will work closely with development teams and IT project managers to provide technical support and ensure high performance, reliability, and efficiency of smart programs and systems adopted within the department.
Key Requirements:
Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field from a globally recognized university
Experience:
• 8–10 years of experience in IT or a related field
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and analysis)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Solid project management skills: planning, managing, and implementing projects
Good knowledge of programming and coding concepts
Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and IT project managers
