🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination)
* Post jobs on portals and LinkedIn
* Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain candidate & employee records
* Support onboarding and HR documentation
* Handle general office administration tasks
🔹 Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 1–3 years of admin & recruitment experience
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* UAE recruitment experience is a plus
