Key Responsibilities:

Customer coordination and shipment updates

Import & export documentation support

Freight bookings (sea, air & land)

Warehouse coordination, GRNs & stock reports

Transport follow-ups and delivery coordination

Job-wise & monthly billing support

Preferred Profile:

Logistics or freight forwarding experience

Knowledge of customs clearance

Strong communication & follow-up skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/WMS systems
