Key Requirements:
1. 10–15 years of relevant experience in test delivery within large, complex organizations (Banking & Finance preferred)
2. 5+ years of senior management experience in testing
3. Strong Test Manager/Lead experience in Retail, Islamic, SME, or Wholesale Banking
4. Extensive experience managing end-to-end testing delivery with multiple external test service providers
5. Hands-on expertise across test design, execution, data management, defect & release management, reporting, and large-scale implementations
Experience working with Waterfall & Agile methodologies
6. ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification
7. Proficiency with testing tools & frameworks (Jira, CI/CD, Selenium, etc.)
