Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Upgrades: Lead end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Process Automation: Identify manual HR bottlenecks and design automated workflows for onboarding, lifecycle management, and global payroll integration.
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 support for complex system errors, API integration failures, and data discrepancies between the HRMS and other enterprise tools (ERP/CRM).
Data Governance & Security: Maintain the integrity of sensitive employee data. Ensure the system complies with global standards such as GDPR, SOC2, and local labor laws.
Advanced Analytics: Build custom dashboards and SQL-based reports to provide leadership with real-time insights into turnover, diversity metrics, and headcount planning.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software providers to stay ahead of roadmap updates and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs).
Required Technical Skills (The "IT" Side)
System Architecture: Proficiency in any HRMS applications(Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).
Data Tools: Advanced Excel (PowerQuery or VBA) and experience with SQL for data extraction and auditing.
Integration Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, SOAP, and REST web services to facilitate data flow between the HRMS and third-party apps (e.g., Slack, Greenhouse, or AzureAD).
Reporting Tools: Experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize HR data.
Project Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and project management software (Jira, Asana).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Management with a technical focus.
Experience: 5+ years in HRIS or HRMS consulting, preferably within a high-growth IT or SaaS environment.
Certifications: Professional certification in a specific HRMS platform is highly preferred.
