Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Technical Consultant - UCC & AV to join our team in Dubai. This role demands a highly motivated individual with strong presales & technical expertise in AV and UCC technologies, capable of supporting the sales team & channel partners through solution design, technical presentations, proof of concepts & remote installation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors, partners, and customers to design and propose effective AV solutions tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

*Understand client requirements and provide technical consultancy and solution design based on AV and collaboration technologies.

*Prepare and deliver solution proposals, BOQs, and technical presentations for AV systems (Video Conferencing, Video Walls, Control Systems, Audio Solutions).

*Support the sales team during client meetings, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid submissions.

*Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to ensure alignment and feasibility of proposed solutions.

*Conduct demos, product briefings, and proof of concept sessions.

*Assist in design validation, configuration documentation & remote installation and configuration support.

*Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.

Key Requirements:

*Experience: 5-8 years in AV/UCC Presales or Solution Consulting role.

*Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of UCC/AV technologies (Video Conferencing – Cisco, Control Systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron), Digital Signage, Audio DSPs, and system integration.

*Design Experience: Proficiency in preparing AV system designs, schematics, and BOQs using tools like AutoCAD, Visio, D-Tools, etc.

*Past project remote implementation & management experience to ensure successful completion & delivery of projects.

*Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.

*Certifications: CTS, Crestron, Extron, or manufacturer-specific certifications are preferred.

*Networking: Understanding of AV over IP, network topologies, and system compatibility.

*Proposal Writing: Ability to draft and review technical documentation, solution briefs, and SOWs.

*Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Project Management.

* Hands on experience on product installation and programming

*Self-sufficient to solve customer site problems without involvement from vendor
