▪️Maintain documentation in a centralized repository with timely version updates
Required Expertise
▪️5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer within an IT department or software organization
▪️Strong writing & editing skills with excellent command of grammar and clarity
▪️Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content
▪️Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice, MSVisio, and documentation tools
▪️Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
▪️High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
