🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & budgets
✔️ Monitor project expenses and cost control
✔️ Review quotations and variation orders
✔️ Coordinate with site and project teams
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation & reports
🎓 Requirements:
▪️ Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
▪️ 1–3 years of relevant experience
▪️ Strong knowledge of cost estimation & contracts
▪️ Good MS Excel and communication skills
