The individual will oversee the administrative operations of the Sports & Exercise Medicine department in consultation with Departmental Director. The role focuses on ensuring efficient coordination of medical services, compliance, resource management, and seamless support to athletes, medical staff, and coaching teams.
Key Responsibilities
Make procurement plans for the items that are required in day to day workings of Sports & Exercise Medicine department.
Manage all administrative functions of the Sports & Exercise Medicine department.
Coordinate schedules for doctors, physiotherapists, and support staff.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of medical and rehabilitation services.
Assist in organizing pre-participation screenings and fitness assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and sports governing body standards.
Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
Oversee maintenance of medical and rehabilitation facilities.
