Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with orders, complaints, and general information
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service / chat support (F&B experience preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Good typing speed and computer knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
• Must be currently available in UAE
