Working Days: 4.5 days per week
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders from receipt in SAP through to dispatch and invoicing.
Job Overview:
Facilitate and coordinate product sales orders from SAP entry to customer dispatch by collaborating closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders accurately and on time
Create outbound delivery transactions in SAP (SD Module)
Ensure correct entry of order characteristics in SAP-SD
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics & Planning for smooth dispatch
Post Goods Issue (GI) and generate customer invoices
Provide Finance with required documentation for invoicing and cash management
Ensure compliance with internal processes and contractual terms
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma (SAP-SD training preferred)
Training in Sales processes & order execution
1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration (preferably in SAP-SD environment)
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
