5+ years of Oracle implementation experience within Finance domain
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (GL, Encumbrance & Budgetary Control, AP, AR, Collections, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Tax, GRC)
Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules (coexistence / upgrade environments)
Analyze & document business requirements across Finance business areas
Conduct business process analysis & design functional Finance solutions
Configure and implement Oracle Finance applications end-to-end
Design custom Finance solutions & system enhancements to optimize operations
Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio & Smart View
Strong PL/SQL proficiency for reporting, data extraction & reconciliation
Lead data cleansing, migration & validation activities (EBS ↔ Fusion)
Manage Finance master data (Customers, Banks, Bank Accounts) ensuring governance & audit compliance
Lead integration design between Finance modules & enterprise systems (APIs / Middleware)
Manage full testing lifecycle – Unit, SIT, UAT & integration testing
Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate patching & performance improvements
Ensure alignment with compliance, audit & data governance frameworks
Engage stakeholders & cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery
Participate in large-scale transformation programs (Public Sector preferred)

Oracle Finance Certification
Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI / FAW)
Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS)
Experience with automation testing tools
Strong Arabic communication & stakeholder presentation skills
Experience in shared services & compliance-driven Finance environments
