Experience Required:
✔ 8–10 years leading multi-year / E2E / greenfield Data Governance initiatives
✔ Strong expertise in Data Governance, Metadata Management & Cataloging, Data Quality, and MDM/RDM
✔ Proven stakeholder management & business analysis capabilities
✔ Hands-on experience with Informatica Axon/ EDC, Collibra, or Alation
✔ Experience with governance KPI reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide data governance programs aligned with strategy & compliance
• Define stewardship models, governance workflows & quality frameworks
• Drive tool adoption and organizational change management
• Conduct workshops and advisory sessions with business & IT leadership
• Track KPIs, manage risks, and provide strategic recommendations
Highly Preferred:
• Experience managing governance projects (Scrum/PM/Program roles)
• Exposure to Middle East regulations (NDMO, NDI, PDPL)
• Experience in Data Privacy programs
