Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain high-performance interfaces using HL7, FHIR (XML/JSON), CSV, REST, SOAP
Work extensively with Rhapsody Integration Engine (custom routes, monitoring, HA setup, performance tuning)
Conduct business analysis of EMR messages ensuring HL7 compliance
Support full interface lifecycle: Testing, UAT, Go-live & Maintenance
Performance optimization & scalability enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth project execution
Required Skills:
Rhapsody Integration Engine – Associate Certification (Mandatory)
Strong expertise in HL7 v2.x (2.3–2.8), HL7 v3, FHIR R4
Experience with REST, SOAP Web Services
Healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, IHE, CCR/CCD)
Solid SDLC understanding & strong analytical skills
Preferred:
Experience in Healthcare IT / EMR systems
Higher Rhapsody Certifications (Professional – Plus)
Knowledge of other integration engines
