Requirements:
-Experience in hire desk, rental coordination, or operations support in heavy equipment.
-Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel; experience with Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
-Ability to analyze utilization, availability, revenue, and maintenance trends.
-Experience working with databases like Microsoft Access for large equipment and rental datasets.
-Strong attention to data accuracy and reporting.
- Strong English is a must!
Responsibilites:
-Handle rental enquiries and support the sales team with quotations, hire orders, and rental confirmations.
-Monitor daily crane and equipment status and coordinate with operations, maintenance, logistics, and inspection teams.
-Ensure equipment certifications, inspections, and compliance are up-to-date before dispatch.
-Track and report on crane utilization, revenue, equipment downtime, and sales KPIs.
-Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing timely updates and maintaining strong client relationships.
-Maintain accurate records in ERP or rental management systems and support internal reporting
