Are you a high-performing Real Estate Sales Leader with strong experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales in the UAE?
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can lead a team of property advisors, drive revenue growth, and build strong investor relationships in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of real estate advisors
Drive sales strategies across off-plan & secondary market properties
Support the team in sourcing listings, conducting viewings & closing deals
Build strong relationships with developers, investors & property owners
Track sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
Identify market opportunities and support lead generation initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of UAE real estate sales experience
Strong exposure to both Off-Plan & Secondary Market transactions
Proven team leadership and sales management experience
Excellent negotiation & client relationship skills
Ability to drive sales targets in a competitive market
