We are looking for a highly organized Vehicle Dispatch Coordinator who can efficiently manage vehicle pickup and delivery operations, coordinate with drivers and workshop teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery schedules from the workshop

• Assign drivers based on location, workload, and timelines

• Optimize routes using knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic patterns

• Handle customer appointments and scheduling

• Meet and greet walk-in customers professionally

• Communicate with drivers, customers, and service advisors for smooth operations

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery status

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch coordination or similar role (automotive industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s road network and navigation tools

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); Hindi and Arabic are a plus
